Description

Elsi is a very young spirit (age ~2yr) that has flying features like a sugar glider. She has light-blue flaps between her arms and legs that help her glide. She also has fins on her tail and ears, and has special aerodynamic antennae that help her control her direction in the air. She and her twin brother Exi (OriOCC entry coming soon) were born from a conjoined sixth-generation leaf that fell off of Niwen's spirit tree. In spite of being twins though, the two approach life very differently!

Elsi has a cautious, hesitant personality: she is very much the kind of spirit to think before acting, sometimes a little too much! As a result it can take her a while to warm up to new people, but when she does the bond is very strong! She cares deeply for everyone in her circle, and though she isn't a fighter like her brother she won't hesitate to stand up for someone in need! What she lacks in brute strength she more than makes up for in cleverness, precision and agility! And that's not to say she can't fight when she needs to; her Spirit Talon strikes (similar to shorter-range, lesser-damage, but higher-frequency Spirit Edge strikes) can still surprise enemies and put them on the back foot!

Through her life, Elsi eventually learns how to perceive the world around her by peering into the extradimensional plane that the elements of Light and Dark exist on. This signature ability (which she names Deep Sight) allows her to spot the aura of enemies and friendlies alike through walls and at great distances, and plays a critical role in her story as it develops!
