Description
Kin used to be a friendly light spirit who had a crush on another spirit named Ty. When she ran off out of fear of her own power. When she ran off, Kin tried to follow, but he eventually went too deep in the forest and became lost and tired. A shadow that would later be identified as a remnant of one of Kuro's chicks attempted to possess him, but his rage at the spirit tree, whom he blamed for Ty's self-imposed exile caused him to stave off the possession, but he was turned into a dark spirit.
He's rather violent, going by an "any means necessary" route when it comes to fighting, but only wishes the safety of everyone in Nibel.
He is very protective of his friends, even if some fear him. Due to fear of what lies beyond Nibel, he does his best to ensure no one goes beyond Nibel. He's also highly critical of people who call themselves "gods" or have such a title. It implies they could've saved everyone, but chose not to. As such, he believes in no gods, and gets annoyed when someone is refereed to as such. In truth he's a bit lonely.
