Description
# Anala's Backstory:
Anala's whole character is kind of based on a view of myself. Like I got a couple views of myself, being: a confident writer of fates, a being corrupted by darkness, a shy and affectionate female wolf furry, and the one I'm basing Anala on, a warrior of fire.
Anala was born long ago like how any spirit (in my own universe) is born, being falling as a spirit leaf from the Spirit Tree in the Hidaki forest. Yet she, along with some other spirits was different.
Unlike most spirit leaves who fall off the tree and either land at the base of the tree or somewhere closeby, Anala was blown far away by the wind of fates. She landed inside the Yadin Volcano. The boiling magma, having come in contact with the spirit leaf that was Anala, fused together with it.
As the young Anala was born, she had no idea where she was. She was lost and had nowhere to go, seeing as she was surrounded by a mere crater that was very tall, all the magma having been infused into the leaf to create her, and the magma from the earth not yet reaching the volcano.
She tried to call out for help but was not yet able to talk, and no one could hear her. Yet something in her told her, that it was only a matter of time until she would be granted freedom.
As the magma rose into the volcano and shot up, Anala was taken with it, she got sent flying further away from the spirit tree, leaving her badly injured. Yet she knew, this could not be the end. The slowly stumbled over to a nearby village in search for help, only to find it left abandoned. She spent many years there, raising herself off the basalt and magma that the volcanic eruption had created. She knew no better after all.
Over time, Anala started to learn her powers, and what she is capable of. She learned to walk, to talk, but only in the Yōgan language, not the spirit language.
Not only this, but many years after living there, Anala found a mysterious weapon laying in some sort of a weird home. The home seemed very spacious but also dangerous, at least to most. To Anala, this place was a place of food due to the hot boiling materials she found there. Over time she would learn it is a blacksmith, and the weapon she found was something, a Twinblade. As she learned to read, she slowly puzzled together the text underneath the sword, which said "Dear Inferno Spirit, please take this blade with you on your journey. It contains the very essence of fire itself, and may prove useful to you. Master using this weapon, and you can defend many spirits with it."
For years to come, Anala practiced using this newly found weapon of hers. It felt so quick, agile and versatile! Anala loved it! Anala over time became better and better with the weapon, learning many ways to use it! Yet, one question always lingered in her mind.
"Why was that text written in the holder? It's like, fate gave it to me."
Yet she never got to ask the question, as the village remained abandoned.
One day though, Anala set out on her journey to the spirit tree. The journey was dangerous, and filled with danger. Yet Anala did not care. She fought her way through many obstacles, at times having to back out to heal, but never getting anywhere close to meeting her demise!
Anala often found herself craving company, yet she knew, she would have plenty soon. She knew, that if she pushed through this journey now, she would never have to worry about being alone again! She knew, that her destiny, was to find her family, and to protect them!
And as she arrived at the spirit tree, only one thought raced through her mind
"I'm home... with my family... I must protect them at all cost."
And with that, Anala spent her days defending the spirits of the forest. Any potential threat to her was danger. Anala, using her combat skills, fought off any and all potential danger, keeping the Spirit Tree and Spirits alike safe for many years to come. Even, if it meant having to hurt other spirits, who were corrupted by the evil of The Darkness.
